Candace Evans, Owner & RYT-200
Candace Evans completed her RYT 200 in Ashaya Yoga with Randy Boyd, a style of yoga through the wisdom of Todd Norian. The mission of Ashaya is to "serve the evolution of consciousness on the planet and increase self-awareness, wholeness, healing, and freedom."
Candace has assisted several 200 hour yoga teacher trainings and aspires to learn and grow more every year. Candace has been practicing yoga for about 10 years. She took 2 semesters of yoga at Marshall University and swears you have to be "mentally ready" for yoga to accept the practice into your life. Many years later, she was finally "ready" for yoga thanks to Erin Larsen. Erin was diligent in asking Candace to come yoga class for a year(ish) until she accepted. Candace having a bodybuilder daddy, always thought the gym was the only way to fitness. Coming out of Erin's class her hips were rejoicing. A few months after accepting yoga into her day to day, she couldn't believe how changed her life for the better, mentally and physically, she strives to grow and learn everyday. She hopes to lay the groundwork for that change with her students. Be the light, share your light.

Hello! My name is Heidi Jo.
I started my yoga journey 6 years ago when i moved to Fayetteville, WV.
I graduated from Studio 8 200RYT in Huntington, WV. I posses the fundamental skills and basic understanding of the asana (posture) and pranayama (breath).
Exploring my own "Journey to the self" is what has brought me here today. Yoga is for EVERY(BODY), and I aspire to make my yoga teachings accessible to for every student that comes to my class.

Julie stumbled in to a yoga class at West Virginia University, and soon thereafter relocated to the New River Gorge in the early 2000's, Her love of the Mountains and Rivers made it easy to call Fayetteville home. After years of pain from sport related injuries, she embarked on a
RYT 200 in Ashaya yoga with Randy Boyd. It is her desire to help others become more flexible, not only in the body, but the mind, and to cultivate the power in each of us for healing.

Deborah Graff, RYT-500

Deborah moved to this area in 2004 and took a yoga class on a whim. She was hooked at the first savasana! Yoga taught her how to calm her mind and body so that relaxation was possible. Wanting to share this, in 2018 she took RYT 200 yoga teacher training with Randy Boyd. By 2021, she completed his 300ytt in an anatomy based hatha yoga style; Ashaya Yoga. She added a certification in the practice of vibrational therapy and sound healing in 2022 from Meditate School of Mindfulness and Sound. Somatic movement study under Erin Larsen for many years brought all her studies full circle: To keep the mind and body healthy, you must relax; to relax you must move your body; to move your body, you must listen to your body; and to listen to your body, you must be still. Asana, somatic movement, and the vibrations of the instruments she continues to collect, are the formula for rest she wants to share with others.
