This class taught on the beautiful decks of the Adventures on the Gorge with a VIEW OF THE BRIDGE and the MIGHTY NewRiver!!! Come to this weekly, always delightful class as the sun kisses your cheeks, the wind brushes your shoulders, the birds chirp the sweetest tune, and the river flows so softly in your ear. This class is a rain or shine class. If it rains, we will seek the nearest timber frame shelter or a tent on the lower decks behind Smokies for us to use. All levels welcome, all kinds welcome. Treat yourself.

This class will be held at Concho Overlook at Ace Adventure Center property in Minden WV. We will have a schedule of rotating teachers to keep the class fresh and fun. We encourage you to come in with a open mind and heart because each class is lead with love and much compassion. The amazing deck with epic views of the New River Gorge and Ghost town Thurmond.

Presence and Peace
Mondays 6-7PM with Rhea Ann Sydel
These classes are curated to nourish you in body, mind, and soul.
Each week varies, but will always start with the basics and cover a full body asana practice while focusing on mindful breathing.

Slow and Controlled. with Candace Evans
Tuesday 6:30pm
This yoga class will teach you about Foundation and Alignment that you need to know in each of the yoga postures. Candace keeps the class light and fun while holding the poses and teaching control in your asana. She will lead you through a series of poses that will make you feel lighter on your feet and brighter in your being.
Slow Flow
Wednesday 6pm with Katie Jenkins-Winter
This class is for anyone with a solid foundation and ready to dive deeper into the world of yoga. Each teacher has their own style and provides a unique experience. This class will help you find your flow and inner peace.

Beginner and Somatics Yoga
Thursday 6:30pm with Julie Wingard
Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment.
Somatics is a movement therapy, a way of re-educating the way our brain senses and moves the muscles. It is an incredibly subtle but effective way of working with the body. We have yoga classes which are influenced by somatics as well as somatic exercises you can use alongside your yoga practice.

Wake up and Flow. with Heidi Pempek ~ Saturdays 9:30am
Wake up and Flow with Heidi is a Vinyasa flow.
Heidi's style of teaching for this class will be a strong and steady flow with an emphasis on creating a fun environment to explore breath and movement together as one. She will also throw in some somatics movements to get your joints all lubed up.

Both Saturday and Sunday classes go outside to the AOTG Pool Deck starting in May-October. Both classes at 9am.

This all levels welcome for this Sunday 60/75 minute class that will ensure your spirits are lifted. Join this integrative yoga class that will make you feel yoga stoned. It's deliberate asana sequencing ensures that every part of your body feeling alive and wanting more. The pace is slow, many poses held many breaths and includes a broad range of postures bringing the element of play into your life. Feel good.
